my past 1,5 months..

 Helloooo

so I was a little abscent :) and things happend as live just goes on and on and on....

I'll do a quick photoshoot of the past 1,5 months;

We've had some extreme fruits-of-the-region in our fridge for a while. lot's of strawberries, cherries and raspberries. Actually it was way too much as we ended up making smoothies with the raspberries cause we've had them for a while they already went squishy in their tiny cardboard boxes.

I've planted 4 different kind of seeds and 3 came out which are; basil, peppers and tomatoes. I wonder when the plants will give me their fruits s the weather is terrrrible here atm, only raining. I actually don't dare to put the plants outside now cause I'm afraid they'll get too much water/rain and that will just ruin all the "hard" work. So I'll just spoil them now inside the house and we'll just see how it'll go.

I baked cakes....and this is one of them. that same day I bought a new silicon mold for the bird/cherryblossom tree. Don't know how that would be for you, but when I buy something I immediatly wanna try it out. it's no fancy cake it's just 2layer spongecake with a cherry flavoured extremely purple colored icing nomnomnom. cause it was such a light snack it was gone in a couple of days :)

On to the polishes woooop
In this picture I finally try sort of a half moon manicure. The black polish is Illamasqua - Scorn, with Sephora by OPI - Shiny Dancer and topped it with Seche Vite...I love the blueish metallic look of Shiny Dancer and Scorn is one of the best blacks to work with...specially since it's originale a matte one.
 My favorite neonish pink/coral!!!!

China Glaze - Pink Plumera.

I was eager to pick out a pink colored from CG latest neon colors but it was soooo hard. I watched so many swatches and I decided on Pink Plumera and i ahven't regreted it at all!!! i love, it would look even better on a taned skin, but on pale it works out well :)
I've been waiting for this collection to be available for a while. I love pinks (and purples...) and i knew I had to have all 4 of teh OPI - Mini Mouse polishes...unfortunatly during the trip to my house 1 of the 4 bottles exploded and made a complete mess of the entire package, but I'll just re-order it cause i want them complete :)

I'm wearing If you Moust, you Moust with Nothin' Mouse about it, topped with Seche Vite.

This is actually the most amazing polish ever made!!!  Not the blue one but the black ;)
I'm wearing China Glaze - Techno Tael in 2 coats and topped it with....OPI - Spotted yessss

My special french friend :) has arranged a bottle for me during a tiny swap, big thnx to her mom, and i'm in love with it. I try not to use it too much, as I don't want to run out of it.
I'm still very into crackle polishes...no idea why?! But this one is just...special :)

Well that was kind of a fast forward view, I'm off to do my nails!!! Ooow I should really show my uber stash of swap goods from MUA. the pile is getting bigger and bigger :)

Sephora shoppingSpree

Yesterday I was in Rotterdam on my own, cause I thought it would be time to have some major shopping at Primark..which I did :) I ended up with 1 short, 2 linnen trousers, 1 dress, 1 HelloKitty shirt, 2 tops, glittery ballerinas, cleaning cottons, exfoliant gloves...it was great! Specially the prices, just too bad I had to travel that for to get it meh!

I knew Sephora had a discount on make-up and bodyproducts so  I decided to just take a peek and wonder around the Urban Decay stand a couple of times before I made the decision of actually buying something...but that turned out quite different. normally I'm not a huge fan if a salesperson just stormes at me and asking if i need any help even before I touched anything, but this girl..she was so sweet and sincere. I forgot to ask her name, but I will seriously hunt her down for advice next time I'm there. She was the kind of person who explains and promots items, without giving you the feeling you have to buy them. She just shared info, it felt like she really enjoyed her job and the talk with me. Which was succesful cause i ended up buying more then I had in mind ;) so yes the trick worked...but if I hadn't bought anything she would be the kind of salesgirl who wouldn't give you the "look' of ooh hmm yes free info , yet no money to spend.

I ended up buying the Naked2 palette, They're real! mascara and the POREfessional both by Benefit. And I had a big phat smile the entire way back home in the train :)

Miss X, as I have no clue what her name was, made my wishlist huuge; Stay don't Stray, Watt's up!, Hello Flawless oxygen wow, Hervana and Bathina... I want it aalll :) I'm pretty sure I'll go for hervana next time I visit ;)

Lucky meee...again :)

I told you all I was lucky enough to find several entire LE polish collections by Catrice and Essence. in the end it turned out more then I even hoped for; Papagena, Bohemia, Natventurista, Ballerina Backstage, Enter Wonderland...

But I was recently very very lucky at Sephora in Rotterdam!

As many dutch will recommend this, our Sephora shops are hidden in other shops. The little corners are devided over the Netherlands in the V&D retail shops. V&D has this little thing called "Circus of prices" which will last for about a midweek, filled with amazing sales on well everything the do sell!! This fantastic discount action is as well avaible in their Sephora shop-in-shops; pick out 3 pieces of makeup by the Sephoa brand only for 10euros.....yes you've read it correctly; 10euros!!

So why does V&D do this?! Is it to clean out old stock orr...I must admit I'm not even bothered about the answer :) All I know is since V&D doesn't have a shop in my town anymore I feel amazingly happy when I stop by one which has this sale :)

I was in Rotterdam with my colleague cause we "had"  to attend a special presentation of Vichy's latest Derm Source Lift Activ product, hence you see a small bag filled with a Vichy jar in it. Great presentation, filled with yummy food and a present at the end ;) But before we went there we had a little time for shopping. We stopped by one of the MAC selling points and I picked out an eyeshadow from their latest collection called Mythical. Normally I'm not into these redtype colored eyeshadows, but swatches and info had triggered my thought about it, since it's a great combo with blue colored eyes!! I just wanted to try it out :) I bought a pair amazingly cool black suede platform heels, so I'll just have to train a little at home ( I normally wear only flat shoes/boots cause of work )

At Sephora I picked out 3x my favorite mascara!! (these are normally 18,70euros), 2 different types of foundations and a little jar with "immediate wrinkle filler". My colleague had purchased some items for her family as well. We both had an amazing time in the train back home as we watched our receipt and laughed a little. Normally I would have payed about 107euros for what I picked out...now it was only 20euros O_o
